NEW {Fort Worth Newborn Photography}

A great friend of mine was kind enough to let me be a part on the birthday of her 4th child (3rd girl)”M.H.”. It is an amazing thing to witness the first few moments of a new life! Luckily I get to see this little lady quite often!

Believe it or not, there is a pregnant belly under all those loving hands.

She is just a few minutes old in this picture. She was born in the water right into her mothers hands. What a peaceful, pleasant way to enter this world. Nice, Cozy & Warm.

This was taken a few hours later in a warm herbal bath with her mom. Look at those squishy arms! She was just 1 ounce shy of 9 pounds and she was even born a little early.

Her Mommy hoped to finally get a baby with hair. It’s not much but I think she qualifies as a baby with hair.

Big sisters “P” & “N” were present to watch the birth of their baby sister. They were really excited to get their hands on her.

Tonya & Jason [Cedar Hill Wedding Photography]

I had the privilege of being involved in many aspects of “T & J’s” wedding day. I did the bride’s and the flower girl’s hair, the floral design, set up design and photography. They had an intimate “Roman” themed ceremony and reception at the bride’s sister’s house. They made sure their guests had fun by including a putting green, photo booth with costumes and karaoke. I love my job!

For the poolside ceremony the bride wore a Grecian inspired dress.

The bride carried a simply elegant bouquet of calla lilies.

We went mostly with greenery including fresh rosemary, Italian ruskus and seeded eucalyptus with a few stock in the urn arrangement.

The rosemary and eucalyptus made for a pleasingly fragrant boutonniere.

This image of “J” with his daughter a.k.a. flower girl is one of my favorites. To the right “J & T” share their first dance as husband and wife.

After I finished the flower girl’s hair I wove in a length of ivy which was used in abundance throughout the decor. It was wrapped around pillars, at the base of the cake and woven in between cylinder vases filled with water and floating candles that served as centerpieces.

The 3 tiered Italian wedding cake accented with frosted fruit was placed on a glass table top set on white pillars wrapped in ivy. It tasted as good as it looked. Of course, I ate some. That is a huge perk of my job!

Throughout the night guests entertained themselves in the photo booth. Everyone had a blast dressing up in Greek/Roman themed costumes and posing with the props…especially after a few glasses of wine.

family session {Fort Worth Family Photography}

The “L” family are some of my favorite people! Here are some of my favorites from our session last month. It was a beautiful day to take pictures of beautiful people and the boys were in top form.

Look at those cute little toes hiding in the background.

Can’t be so sure about the tall part but “L” sure is going to be dark and handsome!

“J” really is as sweet as this picture makes him out to be! He is a great big brother.

I am so jealous of those lashes!
Notice the reflection of the sky and trees in those huge brown eyes.
