I have been friends with this bride’s family for over 16 years now. It was really neat to do her bridal portraits after all this time. She brought quite the entourage with her to the shoot and utilized every one of them. We sure had a good time running all over this hotel in downtown Fort Worth. Unfortunately I was already booked with another wedding on her big day. Wish I could be there! Luckily they have a good family friend (who was at the shoot) who offered to do their wedding day photography.

This lovely lady in the wedding gown is getting married next month. I am privileged to be her florist and photographer for the big day. This evening we took her bridal portraits and we sure lucked out with the weather! It was nice and cool with a slight breeze and overcast skys.
This family is the Aunt, Uncle & Cousin of the baby in “newborn session 2”. It was a fun afternoon shooting both of these beautiful families. One of the first things you learn as a photographer is that you can’t pose children. It is best to just let them be who they are and do your best to capture it. Hopefully you will end up with a great picture or two and a happy baby!
Baby “E” has arrived! (see ‘maternity 1’ a few posts back) She is one sweet, tiny, well loved baby girl! “E” is just 10 days old in these photos and she seemed settled right in. Her mamma says she very well behaved.
